Am I eligible to apply for the NDIS?
The NDIS has 4 lists under the NDIS Disability Requirements. Below is a list of conditions that are likely to meet NDIS Disability Requirements.

Useful NDIS Resources
A provider is an individual or organisation delivering a support or a product to an NDIS participant.
Organisations or individuals can apply to be a registered NDIS provider with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission).
Use this tool to find a registered provider and then find out about service agreements and service bookings.
You can choose the format you would like to view the price guide in eg, Word, PDF or excel.
PDF version provides you with a description of the line item you are using.
Excel spreadsheet provides you with all the line items and the unit of measurement, but not a description as above which the PDF format does.
