Coordination of Supports
Supports will see you build meaningful and supportive connections, build your confidence and skills to direct your life the way you want it.

- We will be supportive in helping you coordinate your supports, to live your life independently
- Together we will assist you to reach and maintain your goals

Having a Plan Management background, we are able to provide you with a clearer understanding of how to use all your ” Support Categories”.

We will help you understand your Transport Budget. What is and is not included.
We will explain your Consumables Budget.
We can guide you through your Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation Budget.
Assistive Technology
We will explain your Assistive Technology Budget and what you can purchase and how this relates to your plan. This can include, Home or vehicle modifications, Orthosis, prosthetics, wheelchairs, scooters and low cost assistive technology items.
Capacity Building
We will provide a deeper understanding of your Capacity Building Budget and how this supports you to build your independence and skills.

Support Coordination and Skills Development
I have "Support Coordination" in my plan!
If you have Level 1 or Level 2 support Coordination in your plan and are looking for a Support Coordinator who views you as a person and not a number please reach out. We would love to help you reach your goals and live your best life.
I don't have a “Support Coordination” in my plan?
That’s ok, we still may be able to assist you.
Please call, or email us we may be able to identify an area of your plan which would support “Mentoring and Skills Development”.
How can we help you?
First and foremost we will listen to you and support you in achieving your goals.
- We will use our experience from the NDIS and Disability sectors to provide a superior service
- We will help you unpack your Plan in order to get the most out of your Budget
- We will Provide you with options in order to assist you to choose the providers you want
- We will support you in building capacity so you can live your life the way you want it
- We will respond within 24hrs of receiving contact(usually sooner)
- We will help you understand why some everyday items may need NDIS approval and how to start the process
- Be there for you at your meetings and keep in contact with you
- Assist you to be compliant with the NDIA guidelines
